外交自我休克的政府!轉貼「中華台北」對Six Assurances 也造假？

根據「中華台北」外交部網站（中文），雷根總統的「六項保證」與Taiwan Documents（Six Assurances）的英文資料accessed on 2011.01.25比對如下：

1. The United States would not set a date for termination of arms sales to Taiwan
1）美國未同意在對我軍售上，設定結束期限；
2. The United States would not alter the terms of the Taiwan Relations Act.
4）美方將不同意修改〈台灣關係法〉；

3. The United States would not consult with China in advance before making decisions about U.S. arms sales to Taiwan.
2）美方對北京要求就對我軍售事與其事先諮商事未予同意；

4. The United States would not mediate between Taiwan and China.
3）美方無意扮演任何我與中國大陸間調解人的角色；

5. The United States would not alter its position about the sovereignty of Taiwan which was, that the question was one to be decided peacefully by the Chinese themselves, and would not pressure Taiwan to enter into negotiations with China.
5）美方並未改變其對台灣主權的一貫立場；
6）美方不會對我施加壓力與北京進行談判

最重要的是，第6項只在英文版有，不見於中華台北的外交部中文版中。

6. The United States would not formally recognize Chinese sovereignty over Taiwan.「美國不正式承認中國人對台灣的主權」。

由於雷根的六項保證是雷根提出的，因此，照說應該只有英文版，或應該以英文版為準。中文版第六項被中華台北刪掉，為此，第5項拆成第5、6第兩項。

另外，英文的2～4三點，在中文中弄亂次序，變成4、2、3。

又根據Wikipedia accessed on 2011.01.25，英文卻也與Taiwan Documents 不同：

The United States would not set a date for ending arms sales to the Republic of China (ROC);
The United States would not hold prior consultations with the People's Republic of China regarding arms sales to the ROC;
The United States would not play a mediation role between the PRC and the ROC;
The United States would not revise the Taiwan Relations Act;
The United States would not alter its position regarding sovereignty over Taiwan (i.e. "The United States acknowledges that all Chinese on either side of the Taiwan Strait maintain there is but one China and that Taiwan is a part of China. The United States Government does not challenge that position"); and
The United States would not exert pressure on the ROC to enter into negotiations with the PRC.
